Please contact us if you would like to communicate via email to ask about our services or schedule here for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit and can work together.

Once you schedule a phone intake, we will call you with the phone number you provided.

After the phone intake and a new patient appointment is scheduled, you will be sent an email confirmation including appointment details and a link to register for the patient portal, where you can complete new patient paperwork.

For in-person appointments, you will be given extra instruction on how to enter the building. Please complete new patient paperwork prior to your appointment otherwise it may cut into your scheduled appointment time.

For virtual appointments, you will be sent a link to access the meeting the morning of the appointment after the paperwork is complete.

You can use your in-network benefits, out-of-network benefits, or self-pay for services.

Just because a therapist is not in network with your insurance does not mean you can’t use your insurance benefits.

At this time we accept:
+ Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (commercial and medicaid)
+Sentara Health Plans (commercial and medicaid)
+Aetna (commercial and medicaid)
+TRICARE (certified Out-Of-Network)

We are in the process of credentialing with a select few insurances and we will update this section once we are approved.

You also have the option to self-pay for services or use your out-of-network (OON) insurance benefits.

LPC rates:
$230 for the initial consultation
$200 for an individual 55 min+ session
$175 for an individual 45 min session

Resident in Counseling rates:
$100 per session

The good news is that your insurance may have out-of-network (OON) mental health coverage.

1. You self-pay for services up front

2. We give you a superbill (basically a fancy receipt) for services

3. You submit the superbill to insurance

4. Insurance reimburses you directly anywhere between 40-80% of what you paid! That means if you paid $200 for therapy, your insurance may reimburse you between $80-$160. That’s a huge discount!

Yes! Whether you are open to incorporating art in treatment or would prefer traditional talk therapy, we will meet you where you are in the moment.
